Frequently asked questions

Can I really use Splashmate for free, forever?

Yes. The Free plan covers spots, basic forecast, the community and reviews — no time limit, no card. Upgrade only if you want premium forecasts and perks.

Can I switch plans or cancel?

Switch up or down at any time. Cancel from the app — your subscription runs to the end of the period and that's it.

Do partner discounts work everywhere?

Premium and Elite members get into the membership holders' area at Splashmate events and a discount on the ticket price. Event perks roll out across Spain, Italy, Portugal, Greece and France, with more added every month.

What's the difference between Premium and Elite?

Premium is the everyday-rider toolkit: 6 requests a month, profiles on the map, direct messages, no ads and 180 days of chat history. Elite goes all-in — secret spots, opening spots without Splashpoints, unlimited chat history, and the highest request and message limits.
